i have some problems with my Zenmuse H3-3D. After i make two perfect videos with a perfect working gimbal, remove the go pro and load the battery, the gimbal goes crazy after i power up the Phantom 2 as you can see in the video. I have already tried a hard reset of the gimbal and a update of the firmware, but nothing changed. It's a go pro 3+. I hope for some help. Thank you

Having the same issue here. DJI said that performing an IMU basic&advanced calibration will help, surprise surprise - it didn't. I guess we have to send it back.

Will a DJI representative actually come out and talk to us about the issues we encounter ?

trouble shooting from software: 1. calibrate IMU, 2. update all the firmware.
From hardware: 1. check whether the black flat cable around the motor is loose or break.
2. If your gimbal is out of warranty, remove the pitch motor cap (have two screw fixed). and tighten the screw inside.
Hope that would work.
