I've had my DJI Focus for a couple of months and it has always had firmware 1.3 on it. I assumed enough time had passed that 1.4 would be solid as a rock. I updated it 2 days ago(all firmware for HU, Motor and Radio) and it is paired successfully. However, the motor keeps STOPPING after calibration of the lens and is very intermittent. I have to reconnect to DJI software on a laptop to snap it out of its funk again..which is insane to have to do on set. What can I do? Suggestions? I opened a Tech Support ticket after calling and them walking me through RE-flashing the firmware which made it work for a day and then back to the same ole. This has only happened since upgrading firmware. HELP!
