We receive our Ronin-M a few days ago and tested it.
After hours of balancing we achieved Power 0,0,0.
We then started the Auto Tune and the motors created loud crazy sounds.

We don't know which comments to believe in?
Some say it needs further balancing some say it's normal after some firmware update?
Firmware on our ronin-m is the one it came with.

Please upgrade the firmware to the latest one to get a better user experience.
After the firmware upgrade, please adjust the stiffness of the motors manually to solve the noise from the motors.It's normal that there might be some noises or vibration during the Auto Tuning process.

It's perfectly fine, it always makes that noise, thats how it autotunes, don't scary
