I bought a Phantom 3 Professional from a local store which had been returned by a customer who had said that the instructions werent avaliable in his mother tounge. Later I realised however that the reason why he had returned it was because he had crashed it.

I made an own Dji account, but in the app however both mine and the former owners account are being shown in the flight records page. And every new flight record is counted for the former owners account. I do not know how to delete the former owners account or even get the flight records to be counted to mine account. Please reply if you know how to fix this problem.
