I am getting this message while phantom is warming up.
Once it warms up the message goes away and it says safe to fly gps and it flys just fine.
Has anyone else seen this message?
I can still return it to apple if this is not normal.

It would seem ok if it tells you safe to fly, but I would want reassurance from the guys at DJI , contact DJI Ken on this forum sure he will sort you out

The IMU always has a warm up period when aircraft first switched on.

However I'm not so sure on the gimbal message, can't remember seeing that.

An IMU & Gimbal calibration may help.

I caught a 4 Phantom a week ago ... he also warned of the driveshaft when he was warming up. I switched on the other and also received the same message. In this way I believe is normal. I have no problem operating the equipment , even using VR BOX

Maybe a software glitch. After it warms up it flys and films perfectly.

Just talked to Dji they said to exchange it at Apple. Error messages not normal. I have 1 day left to return it

Actually you'll meet some error message during the warming up period. But when this error remains after warming up, it is not normal.
