And after 2 or 3 minutes it's totally clear?  If so, looks like sensor may be involved?  I'm assuming the same thing is present if you snap a still picture?  If not, then probably a different issue..

So likely in the camera assembly (I know, duh) but anything like that would normally be pointing to a sensor starting to fail.  If under warranty get an RMA I'd suggest.  If not, perhaps pick up a new camera and gimbal from authorized dealer, DJI, B&H, etc.  They're easy enough to swap... you may get a message to upgrade camera firmware depending on the stock. Call DJI tech support first, but guessing that's what's going on..
