Phantom 3 Advanced crashed with no reason

Hi,     DJI   Phantom   support team!

I have been  using  Phantom 3 Advanced     since  January   2016.
All  was  ok,  and   I really like  this  product.

But  today  i faced up  with  absolutely unexpectable  flying of my Phantom

Everything was  ok.
I prepared  my  Phantom  to fly:

- fixed the props - and checked two times
- Calibrated  the  compas
- Wait  for  GPS    signal     - 14  satellites
- Wait  for the  «safe to fly» signal  and  tооk off.
- Battery was  fully charged.

I wanted  to   use   the  POI  mode.
I  climbed to height 350 ft ,  then   hovered   over the  church ,  saved  the position   and   started   moving automaticaly around  the church in POI mode.

On    4:48 min   the  aircraft started  to moving unexpectable  in  different directions   and 2-3 seconds  later  the  Phantom on  high speed   fell down  on the grass near  the people.
Thank  God  that  nobody  was  injured.

Please help.
The aircraft is seriously  damaged and    RC can not  connect  to Phantom.

What i can do?


I was able to connect  my RC  to Phantom

But I can not  get  acccess to internal  sd card.   
I tried   to  connect  to aircraft:

select   - the fly data  mode,
after  that    connect    the  Phantom  front  microUSB  port    to    my PC
I see  the  disk drive  in explorer,  but when  i  click  them to open,  it said :  "please insert  the disk"

the the DJI Go settings you have to click on "enter data transferring mode" and then connect to the computer

What i can do?

With the following instructions you should be able get the DAT files from the flight data recorder. If not, can you post a screen shot of your computer, or even a quick video clip of you trying to extract the DAT file.

Use the DJI GO app to enter "Flight Data Mode".  

1. Click the top right corner of the main screen to enter the settings menu.
2. Choose the blue highlight icon to enter the MC Settings menu.

3. Select Advanced Settings.
4. Select "Enter flight data mode".

There will be a prompt that tells you to connect the Phantom 3 via USB cable and you will be in flight data mode.
A drive will show up on your computer that contains a log file for the most recent times you have turned on your 

Only upload the last flight with the issue to Dropbox.

I  have done the same procedures  on  MACos  and WindowsXP/7.
No results:
I see  the  disk drive  in explorer,  but when  i  click  them to open,  it said :  "please insert  the disk".    In  properties of disk drive  i can't  viiew it   capacity.

It seems like  internal   flash  meemory  may be  unplugged  from  internal cardreader or   broken   after   the   crash.


I gave my phantom 3 davanced  to dealer.

Yes, perhaps the crash had damaged something inside, wait to see what the dealer says.
