Have you tried a gimbal calibration. from the general settings menu, go to gimbal settings, then Gimbal auto calibration. Try that and see what happens.
Also, can you try the latest firmware update for your P3 Pro just to see if it cures it. Update the aircraft first then the RC.
You can try 1.7 first if you like, or 1.8.
