Hi About a week ago I've started to notice that my drone is rotating to the left and rolling to the right when I want to fly it straight.

Earlier my drone was flying perfectly straight, I clould fly it trough crossbars across the soccer field, but now I can barely fly in a straight line.
If someone know how to fix that i'm waiting for answer
(I've done all calibrations but it still flies not straight like before)
Thanks

Just to verify that you have done both IMU and compass calibration?

I'm having the same problem, P3P sliding to the right, but not as much as your
I have already calibrated all and has changed the helices also
In my case when you look to the radar (artificial horizon) you can see that the aircraft is tilted to the right

I would suggest another IMU calibration and make sure the surface is completely level. A good way to tell if you have a solid IMU cal is to hover with NO wind and put the craft in atti. it shouldn't want to drift in any one direction. It wont hold like GPS and will require some minor corrections but it shouldn't want to drift in one direction.

I suspect your bird is confused.  Many times this happens when you do a calibration near or around metal or not on a true level surface.

Some Driveways have re bar underneath, so try to do the IMU on like a wood table or something.
Concrete can also cause this problem.

I really doubt you'll find anything having to do with calibrations.  Mine has been like that from day one.  It flies to a target left of center and always has.  For a few months, I just assumed that's the way it was designed or sloppy engineering.  I've done several calibrations, not to try to eliminate the problem, but as a matter of updates, etc.

Is it possible that this is a wind issue.  Does it always move/roll to the left or will it move in a different direction on return trip?  Winds can be MUCH higher at upper altitudes.

Just an observation: My buddy did a flight this weekend [new P3P] and we were looking at his video and he was explaining to me that when he was descending, the P3P turned right.  He stopped descending and hovered, all good.  Start descending again, turning again.  Reviewing the telemetry, he discovered he was slightly moving the joystick to yaw.

Worth peeking at the telemetry data.

That is an awful hard turn my friend. You will get a bit of turning with a very slight pressure on the stick but not like that. A thought just came to mind. What do you have "C1" and "C2" set for?

If still the same after recalibrating IMU etc try calibrating your RC sticks then check what your flight log shows as stick inputs.

I noticed a similar problem with my P3A. When flying straight to the right with the camera facing forward, the aircraft will drift back toward me over several feet along the glide path.

Try an IMU calibration on a level surface, away from any concrete or metal objects.

My take: you will rarely get a straight lock like you are expecting with one of these birds. You may have at first, just by luck; but after experiencing flight with these things for quite a while now, I don't consider them to have that kind of accuracy.

Someone mentioned trying other props, which is a good suggestion, but I didn't see any replies.

Remember too that the shape of your craft, including any decals with furled ends / corners, are going to add slight fluctuations to the flight conditions.

Have you ever had a rough landing (not a crash, but just a hard hit)? Those landing legs can change their shape after awhile due to handling, landing, packing, and just age. Also, your props could be unbalanced, or if you've plowed your way through some branches or even soft leaves, the edges of the blades may no longer be as smooth as they were.

Have you ever done an RTH all the way to landing? Have you noticed that it never quite lands exactly where it took off from? I think you're expecting more precision than the craft has.

Hi.

I don't had any problems or hard landings, until one day I flew it above straight road and saw it turning to the right.

I know it shouldn't be as accurate as drones that cost like 4 of those, but why it always turns right?
(I never auto land it and  never hit anything with it)

Thanks for helpful information.

Are you sure it's the aircraft and not the camera.
Can you fly down a straight line in map view and see if the aircraft drifts or the camera drifts.
