I have a Phantom 2 Vision (not +). I would like to install a Fatshark FPV with PnP iOSD cable but all the instructions online are showing the PnP transmiter iOSD cable being pluged into the CAM port but the camera pluged into that port. Can I move the Phantom Vision 2 (not +) camera to the Zenmus port then plug the PnP iOSD Fatshark transmiter into the Cam port?

The Phantom Vision uses 5.8GHz for control, the Fatshark uses the same frequency.
You can not use them with the Phantom Vision.

This question gets asked a lot, please people, do some research before buying.

It's WRONG, the fatshark glasses are available with a receiver 2.4GHz or 5.8GHz. But I don't know if there is a plug on the phantom to do that

Here is a solution I came up with.  I got a CRUX VCIP5 HDMI TO COMPOSITE CONVERSION CABLE FOR IPHONE 5 ($65.00 on eBay) and plugged it into a Lightning Digital AV Adapter to HDMI cable plugged into my iPhone 6.  I plugged the composite end of the cable in the cable provided by Fatshark to the goggles.  The iPhone screen is mirrored in the goggles.  It works great.
