Even the whole 'available to ship 30-40 business days after payment is confirmed' is a bunch of BS.
It simply means, 'Pay us in full now, and we'll make excuses and insincere apologies, until however long it takes to produce goods that we do not have. We'll have had your money for months by then, so there'll be no rush on our part. We'll just leave our "Advisors" to apologise for the next few months'.
Dates and time frames clearly mean nothing to DJI.
The Osmo Handle Kit was advertised as 20-30 business days, back in mid-October......it arrived in January.
The Ronin-M was '7-10 days'......it took over a month.
The X5 adaptor was 'coming soon', since Mid- October, then 'In 7-10 days'......still not got it, in mid-May...7 MONTHS LATER!!
I have NEVER bought a product from DJI that arrived on time.
Am I stupid enough to believe that EVERY SINGLE TIME there is a misjudgement, and not enough stock??? Of course not!
The apologies are now an insult to our intelligence.
DJI cons people, by inviting people to buy its products, by making promises they NEVER keep. |
