Enspire 1 pro the drone will not go into travel mode only flight and preflight , has anyone else experienced this ?

Can you provide greater detail to describe your issue?
Did it ever work correctly?
What might have possibly been done recently to affect it's behavior/operation?
What versions of software/firmware are you on?
What procedures are you performing and are you using the RC or the GO App to transform your Inspire?
Etc.....

You have it on a level smooth surface, and both the app and flicking the lever several times does not do it.
