I have had three after-sales services, all have been crap. If i had known that DJI were going to have such S**ty after-sales service, i would not had brought one of they products... I have had a service agent tell me about 10 min into my problem that they have to go to a meeting WTF!!! My card have been charged twice and two of the same orders have been sent, even after they told me only one was sent... I have had an agent try and sell me a $750.00 4k Camera replacement because I needed the two clips to hold the camera on, 'we dont sell just the clips' (got 4 clips from ebay $2.50 in a DJI packet). I have been lucky as I have found an non DJI service center locally they has been great help with bits and pieces. I feel I get better product spares part and sevice anywhere but DJI...
