Any of you have this problem ?

I was outdoor when this occur but i dont have my phone with me thus went indoor to snap the photo.

RC signal - full bar
HD signal - full bar

Any idea what is going on? appreciate your help. Thanks

Hello keongwee85, what is your DJI GO app version? Did you enable the Hardware Decoding or use custom transmitting channel?

Hi DJI - Paladin, yes I use hardware decoding and no it's not custom transmission.

Can you help me out ?
