Need help..bought my dji osmo few days ago..recorded some videos and playback on the osmo dji go apps...sound came out...but when i play it on my computer and even my smart phone...no Sound at all...i've tried and tried and tried and finally got sick of trying...please enlighten and i think i am not the only one whom had this problem...sincerely

What's the version of your DJI GO App?
What's your mobile device?
What's the Media Player you are using?
Have you checked the original files in the SD card?

If you can make sure that you've turned on the Audio Recording in the DJI GO App, could you please playback your recorded videos in QT or Km-player?
