Having problems Confirming and activating the account.
I have clicked the activation link and restarted both the app and osmo mobile 2 device and still can’t authorize.
I have just bought the Osmo Action, and it is not possible to activate it with my Iphone 6. I have tried to restart several times, but every time I get tho notice:
Activation failed - Activation data error.
What can I do?
Hello, I bought a new DJI om 4 and although the Bluetooth sees the device, it gives me an error message that it is unable to activate the device. My email that I used for registration within DJI mimo is aholanova@berklee.edu

Hi I just bought an OM4, but I cannot activate the device, when it goes to step 2 " send the information to the device from the server", it failed with no response.
Does anyone know how to solve it?
