Hi all -

I fly the DJI Vision 2. I'm looking to get a gimbal for it, as stability is a slight issue (I know I should probably upgrade to the Vision 2+).

Would really apprecaite some help on the following:

1. What is the best gimbal out there?
2. Would you recommend home instal, or do people exist that offer to fit them?

rotorpixel would be my choice (much more expensive but installation pretty simple).

I've been tempted to buy the cheap one on Amazon ( http://www.amazon.com/Puluz-Phan ... words=vision+gimbal ) but I have a feeling it's not the quality I'm looking for.

Thanks all. Yea - the temptation is the cheaper, but I wonder what the difference in quality is between that and Rotorpixel...?

I have seen many 2 axis gimbal thats cheap, many have exposed circuits and involve taking your phantom apart - soldering and splicing wires, poor instructions bla bla bla.

RotorPixel look far the best option with two caveats

1) Hell its expensive.
2) Seems to lower the camera beyond the landing gear.

So I don't know what to do.

simon, hard to say without using it first hand, but ill say this, spending 350 US for the rotopixel after spending 1000-1500 for the bird itself (including accessories and such) seems worth the money.  i cant wait to order mine.

I've got one of those cheapies coming soon.  Hope it works ok.
Rotopixel is expensive and import duty to France is around 40%.

I ordered the 3D power taco 7 days ago. web site shows that it shipped within 24 hours. they sent a tracking #, but non of the shipping companies recognize the #. Sent a couple of e-mails and got a response, but still can't track my order. Any thoughts on the product or the company would be greatly appreciated. DID I MAKE A MISTAKE?
