How Can I Review Repair Information Further?

I sent my Phantom in for repair under warranty - and can now see that the repair cost has been assessed and quoted, however there is no way for me to view any more information. I never received an email with an invoice or anything similar, either. Does this mean that it will be fixed under warranty and that nothing is owed?

I was able to take a look at the status. It looks like they are still performing flight data analysis on your aircraft to verify it it's a warranty or non warranty repair. They created a repair quote, but nothing is finalized until the results come back. It is a little early, but they will let you know if it's a warranty repair or will send you the finalized invoice to let you know it's a non warranty repair.

I know that sometimes it's difficult to wait, but it looks like you're making good time on your repair time frame.

It's been 3 days since the invoice has been paid, and the status still states "awaiting payment." Any fix?

It looks like payment was confirmed and is currently undergoing repair as of Today. When they're done repairing and test flying the aircraft, you would receive an email with shipping information.
