I understand from the FAA that a ruling regarding the requirements of a 333 exemption for all commercial operators will be forthcoming around July, 2016.  ALL commercial operators will not need a 333 if they are performing services within the guidelines; 5 miles from controlled airfields, 1/2 hour before sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset, nothing over big crowds, etc., etc.  There may be some rudimentary testing and more formal registration involved.  They realize the absurdity of a private pilots to fly small unmanned aircrafts like the Inspire.  Current rulings are like requiring an Open Ocean Scuba Certification before swimming in a kiddy pool.  We'll see!

Yes, we will see what happens. I am very curious to see how this all plays out.
