We are having some issues with our new x5R, basically I am able to pull up the footage however it looks like the footage is only getting one channel of color or is completely corrupt, see stills below. Does anyone have and guesses of what it could be? These were filmed with the x5R on the Osmo.
Sorry just got off my mobile.. Please try to reformat the SSD card and reset camera settings. If that doesnt work do you have another computer you can try? How does the proxy footage look on the SD Card?
You MUST use OSMO RAW Firmware v1.1.0.10. The RAW and PRO versions are NOT THE SAME. I'll bet $$ that you are on the PRO version because what you show is exactly the issue I faced before the RAW firmware was released.
I have updated, and reset everything I could think of still getting the same glitched out footage. I am running the OSMO RAW Firmware v1.1.0.10. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

So with the Cinelight version 0.9.19 the app crashes when it tries to read the card. So I am on 0.9.17 and it is stable but still getting the glitchy footage.
