Hallo,

I recived yesterday my new Inspire 1. I installed the dji go app (ios version 2.8.1). All seems working, but i  cannnot see on it which version of firmware are installed on the drone,  the battery and the remote controller (it says: Version unknown). I  tried to update the firmware on the drone, but it is not possible.  --> Could someone help me please and give me some suggestions?

Hello algemu, could you please post the upgrading LOG? Here it the method to find it:
1. Enable the option of viewing hidden files in your OS. Below are the websites where you can check how to show the hidden files in your PC.
For The Windows System:

For The Mac System:

2.Enter the root directory of the SD card, then find the hidden folder MISC and enter it. There is LOG folder in it.
3.The LOG txt file is under the LOG folder.
If your RC's indicator is light cyan, you need to re-upgrade it as below:
Try to hold the C1, C2, video record, ISO dial buttons simultaneously to turn on the remote controller. Then launch App, download the upgrade package, and re-upgrade

The RC's indicator is red when the drone is turned off, but becomes green when the drone is on.

The process doesn't finish. Please format the card and extract the firmware. Then upgrade the drone again and wait for 30 minutes.When the sound turns into "D--DD”, the upgrade is completed and please restart the drone.
