Unfortunately my Phantom 3 was crashed today because of unknown reasons.

After crash I found the drone and two leds lit (LED1 and LED4) on battery.


I mounted second battery and all four leds are working.


I don't know is this any status code for the battery or not. I am not sure wheather two middle leds on the battery burn?


Can anybody post link to meaning of led lights statuses. I tried manual but there is no such combination.


Also before crashing the drone leaned one sida and there was kind of warning signal saying something with Mode. I was in the field and couldn't hear it well.


Can somebody tell what voice warning signals are availeble to check. I couldn't find reason for crashing. There was nothing around and drone started to lean one side and start falling.
