On 5/3 I got an email that said the product has been successfully checked in and that I would get another email with a repair tracking ID but I've not seen that email.
Have checked your inbox or spam for any information@dji.com emails? Have you not had any luck contacting our North American facility for an update? If not, I can see if I can get that info for you.
