Hi there,

i´ve a problem with my Ronin since yesterday.
it worked very well the last ca. 2 Years.
but now when i pull the gimbal to the left, it looses the power  and the ronin is freaking out.
it is turning in every direction and seems to be "lost"
moving the system to the right everything seems to be fine.
sometimes when i start the ronin nothing is happening - also no power in the motors.
i did uprades and calibration but couldn´t fix the problem.

In our judgement, the cause may be in the wire marked in below picture. Please ajust the cable or move it slightly and check if it can fix the problem.

If the problem persist, we would recommend returning it for repair.

i had a try but it the problem is still there.
i could not find any damage.
i already did upgrades and calibration.
i there a general repairservice for Austria Westeurope?

i found the problem, the cable seems to be "broken" inside close to the rollmotor.
normally it should be able to repair from an electrician?
