Adela, I wonder if you can help, the story is that:

1. I bought an Osmo with X3 cameras. Working well.
2. I then bought a X5 camera with gimble, with X5 adaptor, I put them on the Osmo handle, work ok.
    ( that means I removed the X3 from the handle)
3. Today I bought an Osmo handle only.
4. I put the X3 camera onto the new handle.
5. Connect with WiFi from my mobile, turn the Osmo on, the camera head won't move, and the screen ask me to
     fill in the password for Osmo WiFi.

cannot understand, what's the password? Something I do wrong?

Thanks for purchasing DJI Products.
The default password of Osmo WiFi is 12341234. You can also reset the WiFi in the DJI GO App. By holding "Trigger+Shutter+Power Switch", you can also reset the WiFi.
In the latest Osmo firmware v1.6.2.10, you can turn on/off the Osmo WiFi by pressing Trigger button and holding the Power Switch at the same time.

For the first time to use the Osmo, please activate the Osmo firstly by connecting to the DJI GO App.

hey!i just downloaded the new software for osmo and extracted it to the osmo SD card,but once i switch it on,the right light is red and the left one is green/yellow light.it stays like that for a few seconds until it switches off automatically.can anybody help me?

Hi, is your Osmo working fine before?

If so, please try again.

See if you can find a different SD card, format the SD card, put the .bin file into the SD card, shut down your Osmo, insert the sd card, press "trigger+record(red dot)+power switch" for 8 seconds and release them, you'll see the right side led blinking,  after about 10 minutes they stop blinking.

Let me know if this works for you.
Also, check your battery, find an eraser or other things to clean the metal connector point, and try again.

hi.yes it did work fine before.

I did format the sd card and inserted the bin. file into the sd card and did pressed "trigger+record+power" as you said.both light blinked and it made a beep sound then turned off.i tried switching it on but the light on the right remains red and green light on the left.

anything else did i missed out?
