Hi,

Anybody have sending thier P4 to DJI service in Hong Kong?
any comment on therir service?
I send my p4 for repair to hongkong service HQ but i'm not receiving any update from them. My tracking currier showing the item already arrive and singed by someone. Im wondering if my P4 are safely arrive at correct location?

I just confirmed with our related colleague, the unit has been received. It would be ran the repair process shortly. Normally, the repair process would take several working days.

I'm thinking to purchase inspire 1 v 2.0, thru website dji, there are discount for existing customer? and how about shipment and service after i completed payment. im worried the shipment also taking time since i have bad experience with dji after sales service. please advice

I am in the US and do not have any access to their system.
I have sent an email and they should be sending you a status.
I'm pretty sure it may already be repaired or getting ready to very shortly depending on their workload.And I deleted your post because you really shouldn't provide your personal information in an open online forum.
