Hi Everyone,

I am thinking of buying an HDMI module for my P3A but I am not sure if fitting it will require me taking the transmitter apart.
If I have to take the transmitter apart will it make my gaurentee void or is it likely to damage the remote control unit.
Also if I buy an HDMI unit when I am in the USA next month will it work back here in the UK. I realise that the uk uses
PAL transmission and the USA uses NTSC but I am not sure how HDMI works.

Yes u can buy from USA its cheap and without VAT
Well to change HDMI Module u dont need to open all remote just 4 secrw of module and changes cables .. but i am not sure for warranty
and PAL or NTS dont changes anything

Installing the HDMI module will not void your warranty at all.
And it's only the 4 screws on the back cover then 3 screws on the inside then unplug 3 ribbon cables.
There's a little black tab inside the plug and get a tiny screwdriver and pop the tabs up and remove the cables.

Can you tell me if the unit that is sold for the USA is the same unit that is sold for the UK?

Because I was thinking of buying the unit in Las Vegas next month because they are cheaper than here in the UK.
However I would be rather miffed if I saved a couple of pounds and it did not work.
