Hi

I´m havin choppy video in the live view in the go app

In other words, I don´t have a fluid preview of my camera motion

I tested it wit an Ipad air 2, an ipad mini2 and an iohone 6s

Ipad air was worst, iphone 6s best

Am I alone with that issue, cause I haven´t found any threads dealing with that.

Any tips?

Thanks
Holger

P.s: I forgot to mention: camera is an x5r

Hello.
Firstly, please make sure your mobile devices have enough memory for your footage.
Then, please check the original files in the SD card or SSD card.
Also, please make sure you've upgraded the firmware to the latest one, update the DJI GO App to the latest version.

More details would be helpful for our judgement.
Wait for your further feedback.
Thanks.

Thanks, but I´m not talking about the recorded footage. This is ok.

I am talking about the live image I see in the dji go app , in other words I have problems with seeing what I´m doing properly. Shure I can check the recorded video afterwards. I would just like to see propely what I´m doing while recording.

Thanks

OK. Thanks for your reply.

The live feed is transmitted thru the Osmo WiFi, So the lag of the image may be caused by the WiFi interference. If your mobile devices support 5.8GHz, please try to set the WiFi frequency to 5.8GHz. Or you may need to change to another place with a clear WiFi signal.
Another possibility is the condition of your SD card, you'd better make sure the SD card is not too stuffed which may affect the image transmission.

Any further feedback would be appreciated.
