DJI need to stop announcing new products in a panic in response to other companies. Focus on releasing existing products to customers who have paid a lot of money when production problems clearly exist. Be honest with customers. Provide customer service that customers will respect. In my opinion Dji need to slow down, refocus, improve manufacturing processes, learn about and understand consumer rights legislation is different throughout the world. Having moderators and online chat staff available during "Chinese" office hours isn't acceptable. Apple for instance have one of the best customer service operations in the world. If not the best. They have world wide product manufacturing and they have a policy of announcing products a few weeks before they release them for sale. Not months and certainly not years. DJI are a multi billion dollar company that portray themselves as the number one in its field yet their operation is run like a tech geeks bedroom eBay shop! To be the best, you need to be better than everyone else. Better technology, reliable products, better product availability, better after sales services. It's the whole process that counts. Not just sales. |
