Hello,
I allready posted something about my drone crash: http://forum.dji.com/thread-52785-1-1.html
The problem now is... I sent the drone back to the store, and the seller sent the drone back to the factory...
Now in the Repair Tracking Service there a few uptades, like the amount that I need to pay and some stuff like that...
The problem is that I don't recieve thoose informations but my seller does, and right now he doesn't answer to my calls, my emails, my messages, so I don't know how much I need to pay to get my drone back again...
I allready contacted the DJI Support, and I explained that to them, but they make me questions about his, abouth that, and I still without informations about my drone...
Could someone tell me what to do?
