so on my phantom3 standard the gimbal dapener had been workingfine with screws on only the sides but then i noticed that the ones without screws were getting sorta droppy... so i put the screw on and the llittle plastic piece but it is not holding it in place really it still bounces around more than it should.  Am I doing something wrong.  

by screw do you mean the clear plastic pin that goes through the dampener? (drop preventers).  if so there are only supposed to be 2 of them in use, and they should be in opposing corners, not both on 1 side

and I guess if the dampener itself is too floppy it may be time to replace them with some new ones, I havent gotten to that point yet

Oops I put 2 on the same side how do you take them off.  Cant figure that part out.  then how do you put the replacement in ?
