so i have taken my props off and I was just spinning the engines with my finger and noticed that when I turned all of them they did not just glide they bumped a little as turned.  is that normal?

Yes it is.  They should all feel about the same though.

Yes, it is normal, the motors have small magnets in them that are attracted to the metal poles as they turn.
