OK so I am almost certainly being dumb!

If I want to pull an Osmo video file off my phone to  - say send it by email, how do I do that?

I've found a couple of options but nothing I do seems to produce anything more than a 6 second clip - what am I doing wrong?

By connecting the Osmo via the Osmo WiFi, in the DJI GO App, please go to Playback, select the wanted video and export it into your phone's album, then you can deal with it as other footage on your phone.
In addition, in the Editor of the DJI GO App, you can also find some footage you've taken by the Osmo, please be noticed that those footage are saved in the Cache of your phone actually.
