Is it showing this 88% voltage after a full charge or after it's been sitting several days and auto discharge has kicked in?
A little more information would be quite beneficial to diagnose your current situational dilemma. ;-)
How old is the flight battery, and how many charges does the app show it has had already?
Please elaborate.

The go app used to show the life % of the battery but Djibouti has eliminated that feature in the latest version, in my opinion, because people were constantly panicking about that. Now the app is SUPPOSED to tell you when is time to discard the battery. So basically we are not supposed to worry about it til the Dji go app tells us to get rid of it.

Don't worry, be happy!!! Oh, and go fly ;) Then again, DJI makes a BIG DEAL out of beginning a flight on a battery that is not near 100%.....

A few more specifics about this percentage would be appreciated.

If anything, you definitely want to check the DJI Go app for any battery error messages and feel the battery for any swelling.

For all, I mean the battery life, not voltage life after charging.

The cycle battery at 100. 100 times charge.

Fly away. I do it all the time to lower the battery for a recharge.
