Hi there I was wondering if you could help me, I've been experiencing fatal system error (red light) problems everything seems intact I just went to use it one day and now it won't let me fly it, only occasionally one a green light!! Is there a way I can find out exactly what is wrong with it.

How about a bit more information
Is it a solid red light or flashing red light?
Which model phantom/rc?
Can you start the motors?
Had you crashed it?


Is this a new phantom or did you buy it used? I only ask this as someone else could have had a problem and left you stuck with it.

See pict for error descriptions and try the obvious before further testing.....

Hello sorry for lack of infomation
I have a phantom v2 vision plus it was brand new when I bought it and I've had it a year.
It's a solid red light and I am unable to fly it I havnt crashed it it just came up with the error one time I wanted to fly it

Have you tried hooking up to the assistant program and going through the steps in the manual that Northofth49th showed you ?

Plug into PC and use the Phantom Assist app. It will pop up with the error message.

Hello i have the phantom 3 pro and this keeps on happening to me as well anybody got any advice how to fix it please as the camrea keeps breaking up and theres juat a redlight all the time.
