RTH didn't kick in for me either. I initiated at 55% battery or so. I could have hit 19K IMO. Next time.

Water is the best, safest way to go. Least amount of interference, both physical and electrical (though there is something out there. Get "Weak Transmission Signal" around the same spot every time.)

When I go to the Lake House  In Michigan this weekend, If I have nice weather, I am going to go for the Record, I will do a couple of test runs and then I  will see what I can do.  The other day I had my Inspire doing 80 mph with just a light tailwind.   19,000 is the new number .....WOW

it WAS meant to be 7000ft.... damn.. i just keep mistyping things ;) 7000 is the furthest I went so far.... ONE way, so i guess 14000 2 ways
