My Phantom 4 Multifunctional Backpack finally shipped last week - but lo and behold, despite being ordered from within EU, via the EU store, DJI shipped it from Hong Kong.
Now DHL Express is asking for paperwork, invoices, customs fees, taxes, handling fees and whatnot.
I'm not sure what to tell them. Sent an email to onlinesales@dji.com, but no reply yet.
Should i just ask DHL Ex to return to sender?
