This issue might be related to the Micro SD card you are using. If its too slow to write, you will loose frames.
Check yours compared to this list. https://www.sdcard.org/developers/overview/speed_class/Alternately, I recall seeing a Hardware compression setting, not sure if this exists for the X5r, but try that and see if it helps hurts.
FYI, You probably want a good quality UHS3 SD card, supports 30MB/s
