I bought a P3P drone a few weeks ago (It is not updated yet). Now it seems like the video from the drone is not updating fast enough. The picture freezes or it becomes pixelated.
It is very difficult to control the drone. When it freezes, I can’t see what the aircraft is doing.
It doesn’t matter how far the controller is from the aircraft it happens at any distance.

It will almost certainly be an issue with the phone/tablet you are using, not the aircraft.

Hello julmirecki， what kind of mobile device do you use？Do you try to use other mobile devices or kill other apps in the background before flight?

I'm using brand new iPad Mini 2.
I'll try my iPhone next.

The video link seems to work fine with my iPhone. The recorded video is fine.  I spoke with the DJI team and all the settings are correct. The aircraft and RC are updated to the newest version.
The iPad has nothing running in the background.

Has it always been like this since you got it ?

No, It happened few days later, maybe four or five flights.

Ok, so I got another P3S from a friend and it does the same thing. The problem is in the iPad. Any idea what could be wrong with the tablet? The tablet is brand new (ipad mini 2)?
