Phantom 4 refuses to fly right out of the box!

I know, my English is very bad, please be patient...

When I opened the box for the first time and "power on" the devices, the situation was:
1. DJI GO skip the activation and follow to menu "camera".
2. In "about" in app was: App -2.8.0. ; Version -  empty, no values.  ; remote  controller - 1.5.80; flight comtroller SN -empty, no values.
3. Gimbal cannot receive MC data.
4. Phantom 4 link RC, and let me move the camera up and down.  The image on the tablet was present.
5. But, the engine did not start!

When APP offered to update the firmware, I did so. Firmware RC updated  to 1.6.0  Link RC lost. I tried to update the firmware Phantom 4 by  Assistant. You can see the photo. The current version v01.00.028-  Which means "minus" at the end of the firmware current version? Attempts  to install firmware v01.00.028 and v01.01.0301 was failed.  I tried to  do this many times. I did the full format SD. I tried using different  usb cables. App DJI GO did not allow me to make the update drone,  because it just does not see it.
It's the only thing I can do, and update and downgrade the RC firmware.  but this does not change anything. The engine did not start in any version of the firmware. "Link" means that the green light RC and green  light dron in 1.5.80 version only. I can move the camera up and down, nothing more...  The app  does not see a drone, does not see the version of its firmware.
I can not change the firmware version of phantom, not up not down, not  at all!  Not by PC, not in the app. If the assistant sees drone firmware  but can not change anything, the application does not see it at all.
I need help!

You have to activate the aircraft via the DJI Go app in order to receive a camera view and be able to start the motors.

Since you indicated that you skipped the activation process the first time, you simply need to reconnect the aircraft to the DJI GO app. It will automatically prompt you to activate using your DJI Account Email.

So when you have updated your drone to the latest 1.1.3 and RC to 1.6.0, do you get the same gimbal error from the app? I think the screenshot of the error will be better.

Sir, I can not install the firmware update. not refresh v01.00.028, not install v01.01.0301. In any situation - update failed. I tried via Assistant. DJI GO does not see the aircraft. Nothing happens.

So when you power on your drone and connect it to your PC, you cannot refresh the firmware list in DJI Assistant 2 with network service?

100% firmware download, then immediately - upgrade failed.

Looks strange.I'd suggest you to sign out your account then login again in order to re-upgrade the drone.Or you can reinstall DJI Assistant 2 in your computer.

I did as you suggested. nothing... "upgrade log" folder is missing immediately after installing the Assistant. Not appeared after a failed attempt to install the update. I created a folder "upgrade_log" in the directory itself. but it is empty,...  Sir, in other forums suggest me, the problem may be in the internal SD card, please consider this. I'm just looking for a solution.

We have released a new firmware 1.1.4 for the P4. Does it help by upgrading through the app?

already I tried, no...   as I said before the app can not see the aircraft, via PC failed  too

no, I think its hardware problem...   I guess, I bought a DJI-souvenir for storage in the far corner of the storage in the garage, which from the birthday are not able to fly (irony). so much money for nothing I spent only for my ex-wife, she never "can fly" too.
I sent email to support@dji.com, attached links, photos, invoice, s/n... I don't know what it can solve

Can you delete and reinstall the DJI Assistant again, on PC the driver should install automatically and on Mac you have to install the Assistant and the driver.There will be an Assistant update soon.

We have very similar problems. During update drone disconnects from PC couple of times and after that update fails. Moreover drone works fine but gimbal not receive MC data. Auto calibration of gimbal doesnt work too. Today we go to store to check drone for any damages and gimbal issues.
