But seriously, if you go into your home page, click on Reminders, and at the top, in small  print, you see System Reminds.
There are a list of forum parameters and which ones your point levels unlock.

I does not do anything great, but it does make you "a more important forum citizen" I think there are a few extra things you can do, but the way the stuff displays, I was never quite able to understand what it buys me...  Still - fun to see the point go up ;)

LOL,  I am a Second Officer on the forum.  And as far as I can tell,  it gives me exactly 0 more things than I had as a rookie.  It does indicate how much you like to post stuff,  but that's about it.

Looking at one of the pages, there are different forum attributes, maybe higher levels get some of this upgraded? Like being able to use the '/img' code in your signature, etc.

As digdat0 states, the levels require the following point level:


Newbie                    0
Hobbyist               100
Student Pilot         500
Intern Pilot          1000
Second Officer     3000
First Officer         6000
Captain              10000
Flight Instructor  30000

Besides the levels, you can redeem 180 DJI Points for 1 DJI Credit @ the DJI Store and You can redeemable up to 5400 points per month.

Too bad that the DJI Store doesn't allow shipment to where I live, so even though I have a trillion points as a super duper flight instructor still I won't be able to redeem a single point
