When I first brought my DJI phantom 3 pro and took it out the box I loved it, out the box it had FW 1.5
It was amazingly stable, and I had good range on it
I have had nothing but trouble with every update Since purchasing it, be it the aircraft firmware, RC firmware or the app. I update everyting correctly following DJI's steps and Re calibrate everything.
Now I am at the point where I can't fly more than 80ft without loosing RC signal, video signal, blocky pixelated image transmission and RTH activating 6 times within 8 minutes of flying
It is now more of a worry flying my drone than enjoyment. I don't enjoy flying it as I used to, I don't trust it anymore and lost all confidence I had in it originally
After all the many many horror stories I hear about the very poor customer service from DJI in reluctant to send to which ever country (apart from my own) they ask me to send back to as its not gaurantee to come back fixed and could take many weeks or months to receive it back, and unlikely to be updated on its progress while it is where ever with whoever!!
I don't see it should need to be sent in for physical repair when all problems many thousands of us are having is due to updates
DJI are offering no reassurance to any of us.. Not that I have seen
