I've tried to save video and photos from the Pilot App to the device (iPad Air 2) with the aircraft on and I get download complete but don't find it on the device. Has anyone been succuessful at downloading photo or video to an iPad specifically?

if they are 4k they're not compatible with the ipad. Try to transfer some 1080 and see if that works.
