Hi Everyone,

Just received my drone from repair. funny that they did not send any report on the repairs made on my drone. i wanted to check if the issue was repaired so i immediately took it out of the box. after putting on the battery, my bird wont power on.

anyone one could help me on this.

it powers on now.. the new issue is i cant link my rc with the drone. i tried 2 methods already numerous times

Hi, answering your question: I sent just the drone. I had to re-link drone and RC, but it was ok

good for you. i couldnt re-link mine..

Did you send the drone back to DJI?  They test-fly every repaired plane before it is sent back to customer.

But if that's the case, you can contact DJI again.

yes i sent it to dji but my RC not included just the drone itself.

You don't need RC to power on your plane. I think you should contact DJI again and they'll take care of it.

He said it powers on now, but the RC won't link to the AC...

Hello Francis, what kind of drone do you use?

So u tried the relinking process, and the radio and aircraft will not relink? The radio has rad and not green led? Now, i am only familiar with P3Advanced, what aircraft are we talking about here?

im using p3s. good news is i have done the relinking..although the initial issue is still present even after being sent for repair.
