There is an opertunity to fly in US at next weeks. How(where) can i get permisions and insurance for example Miami or other US cities. Also if i get insurance in Turkey, is it valid for US.Thanks,

In regards to permissions, you would most likely need to get in touch with the FAA in order to find out if here is anything you need for temporary use. You would need to ensure that you do comply with FAA regulation. Unfortunately, I would not know about insurance.

I reed something in FAA site and confused.
Do i need permision or insurance for taking art photos with Inspire.

I regestered there. I get my certificate of registration.
Can i use this certification my art photo (as Hoby)
Also where can i get comercial certificate. Comercial means take photos for some agency. Not work as pilot something like this)

I am not sure of all the FAA hobby rules.
Best way would be to email them, I do have a phone number for the FAA, if you use internet phone then holding for a while won't cost anything
877-378-5457.

If you want to do commercial work (getting compensation) then you have to have a 333 exemption AND a FAA pilots license. It's about a 6 month process.
