I got this strange gimbal tilt effect while turning the copter after updating to the latest fw.
of course I did imu calibration and gimbal auto calibration multiple times.
effect remains and make the copter unusable.
Yep you sure have got it. Its like a virus,, we are all hoping DJI will have a fix for this real soon. It could just be alien technology thats virused us as payback for independence day.
Same tilt when indoors on a level surface and viewing a baseboard along the wall or low table with a horizontal edge? Drone forward axis s/b square with the horizontal edge to eliminate optical distortion. Gimbol Roll setting at neutral?

My P4 (second one) will have to go back to apple tomorrow. I have been waiting for a firmware fix that very many of us was hoping to come by now.
I will see if apple want to extend the return time but if not maybe this 3rd one will be ok
OK. the problem persist !!!
IMU CALIBRATED
GIMBAL AUTOCALIBRATED
RESET OF CAM SETTINGS
If I go turn the copter the horizon tilts and after a stop it gets back to level...
I also noticed that in the Gimbal Advanced settings is a BUG:
Enable Upwards Gimbal tilt limit:
ON=You are able to tilt max
OFF=YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO TILT maximum
Its the first time I have a problem and aim not able to resolve it
Can you try to reset your settings in the advanced settings under gimbal settings.
If it still persists, play around with the "Gimbal Tilt SmoothTrack" and I'm sure that will clear it up.
