I’m looking for a favour.
Ever since I bought my phantom 2 vision plus the mp4 file created in video mode crashes windows explorer whenever I try to open it / play it / transfer it onto my computer (windows 7 - all the latest updates). I have got round this by converting it on the fly. I have contacted support about this but apparently I am the only one that has reported this problem. I have tried the file out on other computers and it seems to work with no problem. I have downloaded mp4 file types from the internet but am unable to reproduce the problem I have with the phantom video. The only thing I have not tried is another mp4 video from another phantom.
The favour is – could one of you please PM me (I will send you my email address) and please send me a video clip from the phantom 2 vision plus about 15-30 seconds long. if it is my computer then this file should also crash windows explorer
