The FAA issued an advisory warning pilots on Saturday that global positioning systems (GPS) could be unreliable during six different days this month, primarily in the Southwestern United States.

  
  

Here are the dates:

On June 7, 9, 21, 23, 28, and 30th the GPS [url=https://www.faasafety.gov/files/notices/2016/Jun/CHLK_16-08_GPS_Flight_Advisory.pdf]interference testing will be taking place between 9:30am and 3:30pm Pacific time.

Just a Curious question: Does this outage affect American GPS Sats reception only, or is Russian GLONASS Sat Reception affected as well??

I think they are going to jam all GPS type signals... within that region... so to be effective, they should indeed be blocking GLONASS too... but that's just a guess...
