Hi
gimbal works fine , but camera shows jumpy videos, regardless of camera settings,

this one has been taken with customs settings   NTSC  3840x2160  30fps,
results are the same with other settings:

Unit had to be returned afte unboxing because gimbal did not respond, now it seems the camera does not work properly.

Suggestions?

Martin

Sounds like you have a high shutter speed. It should be no more than twice the frame rate.  This may require an ND filter to get the correct speed.

It's probably the hardware that you are running it on.

I downloaded the movie and played it back from an external G-RAID drive on my late-2014 iMac without any '"jumpyness".

i.e. It looks OK.

(Apparently this is a 29.97 FPS  movie recorded at 60.21Mbit/s at 3840x2160 (4K UHD-1) according to Inspector.)

My guess is that the CPU that your running with isn't fast enough.

Hello.
When I played back your video, it looks Ok, so I'm afraid it might be a Media Player issue or your PC's issue as LenMiddx said.
Please try to reset the camera and the gimbal to improve the quality and the slight drift problem in the video. With a proper operation, you will get a better effect.

If you have any other issue or any further feedback, please keep us informed.
Thanks.
