Thank you for the feedback.  I will forward to HQ.  Right now I do not have Xt to test.  It is with Homeland Security.  We will be back to you.

It appears something has gone awry with your Go App.

I want you to first sync any flight data you want to save, then completely remove the Go App and reboot your mobile device.

..then reinstall the Go App and log back in.

Report back here with your findings.

Hi I'm testing My XT 640*512 30 Hz , all its' ok but it seems that XT do not generate IR jpeg or Tiff , because if i open Jpeg file with Flir tools+ ( software to analiza IR file), I do not have any measurement function

For clarification, are you having issues getting R-Jpegs or any of the Linear Tiff files? Could you happen to provide screenshots or a small video of the issue?

The limp issue you're experiencing is quite odd as well. It may be in your best interest to get this gimbal sent in for diagnostics. If you would like to provide a good contact email, and I can have someone from the NA Regional office get in contact with you.

There are no grids nor overexposure warnings for the XT camera while using the Go APP. Those are photographer and video tools.

As you see there is over exposure and a grid in the Thermal camera.. Just no way to remove it.

Could you happen to resend pictures of your camera settings from the GO app? Unfortunately the images from your earlier posts are no longer there. Are you still getting the calibration limp issue from the gimbal as well?
